The present invention provides an aloe gel microcapsule with 10μm of weight average diameter and 10-20% of dry weight, and an aloe gel microcapsule suspension formed by dispersing the aloe gel microcapsule to a dispersion medium. The aloe gel microcapsule can be manufactured by a method including manufacturing water-in-oil emulsion (W/O) emulsion by mixing homogenized aloe gel, an organic solvent, and a surfactant; and drying the emulsion with compression to remove the organic solvent and the surfactant. The aloe gel microcapsule suspension according to the present invention can be valuably used as a cosmetic cream base formulation.
