A compound of formula (I), wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and cycloalkyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and cycloalkyl; R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and cycloalkyl; R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and cycloalkyl; or R3 and R4 together with the carbon they are attached to form a cycloalkyl; R5 is substituted phenyl or substituted pyridinyl, wherein substituted phenyl and substituted pyridinyl are substituted with one to three substituents independently selected from the group consisting of haloalkyl, hydroxyhaloalkyl, alkoxy and haloalkoxy; A is selected from the group consisting of —C(R6R7)—, —NR8, —O— and —S—; R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxy, alkoxy and cycloalkoxy; R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and cycloalkyl; and R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and cycloalkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
