1. An apparatus for use in exercise, massage, strength training or muscle stretching, the apparatus comprising:
a first module, wherein the first module is a rod module which has a plurality of openings, one or more second modules, wherein each second module is detachably securable to the rod module by a plug wherein said plug is removably insertable into an opening in the rod module to thereby detachably secure the second module to the rod module, wherein the openings in the rod module include:
an axial opening in each end of the rod module,a plurality of first lateral openings, the first lateral openings being parallel to one another and extending through the rod module at spaced locations along the rod module, anda plurality of second lateral openings, the second lateral openings also extending through the rod module but in a direction perpendicular to the first lateral openings,wherein one or more second modules can be detachably secured to the rod module in a plurality of configurations. |
