The present invention relates to functional shoes, wherein, when a receiving groove is formed in the shoe midsole and a cushion support cap is elastically maintained in the receiving groove, a height-adjustable cap is formed at the cushion support cap to adjust the distance pushed by the foot arch, thereby adjusting the protruding height of the height-adjustable cap according to the selection of a user; and a support sheet is formed in a cushion support cap receiving groove to allow a wave spring to be mounted between the support sheet and the cushion support cap, thereby minimizing the width of a movement space of the cushion support cap and further enhancing the cushioning function. According to the present invention, when a receiving groove is formed in the shoe midsole and a cushion support cap is elastically maintained in the receiving groove, a height-adjustable cap (40) is formed at the cushion support cap (30) to adjust the distance pushed by the foot arch, thereby adjusting the protruding height of the height-adjustable cap (40) according to the selection of a user. In addition, a support sheet (10) with a sheet surface (12) is formed in a cushion support cap receiving groove (3) and a wave spring (20) is mounted between the sheet surface (12) of the support sheet (10) and the cushion support cap (30), thereby elastically maintaining the cushion support cap (30) with respect to an upper surface of the midsole (2). Further, the cushion support cap (30) is guided to a guide groove (13) of the support sheet (10), and mounted to be able to elevate, wherein the cushion support cap (30) is controlled such that the cushion support cap (30) is prevented from escaping upward. |
