According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fluid control valve controls the flow of a fluid in piping by using blocking plates installed in the piping. The fluid control valve includes a rotation shaft which is connected to a blocking plate to move with the blocking plate and extends to the outside from the piping; and a valve control handle which has an insertion hole for accommodating the inserted rotation shaft and moves the rotation shaft by rotating.
