The present invention relates to a coating composition with matt transparency and a coating method using the same. The coating composition with matt transparency according to the present invention comprises: a resin mixture formed by mixing a polyester based resin and a nitrocellulose resin; a diluent mixed in the resin mixture; and a neutralizing agent mixed in the resin mixture. The coating method comprises: a first step of printing a specific logo on a surface of a subject; a second step of forming a coating layer with a constant thickness by coating the surface of the subject with the coating composition; and a third step of hardening the coating layer after the formation of the coating layer of the second step. Accordingly, the present invention is able to improve marketability since the logo printed on the external surface of the subject is stably preserved for a long time without being erased, clearly maintains original color for a long time and is able to raise merchantability by preventing damages such as scratch on the external surface. |
