The present invention relates to a frying machine, and comprises: a main body; a frying container installed inside the main body having a containment space with a first containment space to contain water and a second containment space to contain oil; a heating unit installed inside the frying container to heat the oil contained in the second containment space; an adiabatic unit installed inside the frying container to partially form an adiabatic space to block the heat transferred from the oil to the water, between the first containment space and the second containment space, and extended to be inclined downwards from the second containment space to the first containment space to guide the fried debris generated during food frying to the bottom of the frying container; a discharging unit installed below the frying container to discharge the fried debris and the water to the outside of the frying container; and a water supplying unit to supply water to the first containment space. According to the frying machine of the present invention, the debris generated during food frying is easily discharged downwards and the boundary region on which the water and the oil are contacted with each other is minimized, thereby preventing an explosion accident due to water evaporation, and easily separating the debris from the oil to increase the recycling ratio of oil. |
