The present invention relates to a load performance test apparatus for a wheel chair motor. The load performance test apparatus for a wheel chair motor includes a base. A rotating speed and torque measuring sensor is fixed to the base. An output shaft of a wheel motor to be measured is connected to an end of the rotating speed and torque measuring sensor. The other end of the rotating speed and torque measuring sensor is connected to an adjustment magnetic power brake. A pneumatic quick clamping device is mounted at the end of the rotating speed and torque measuring sensor connected to the output shaft of a wheel motor to be measured corresponding to the rotating speed and torque measuring sensor on the base. The pneumatic quick clamping device is used to connect the wheel chair motor to be measured and includes a support member, a motor connection plate, and a plurality of cylinders. The support member supports a top portion of the base through a column. A plurality of cylinders are fixed to a lower portion of the base. A piston rod of a cylinder is formed through the base and a support, and a frame head is installed at a top end of the piston rod. The motor connection plate has a through hole used to fix the wheel motor, and two openings being spaced apart from each other and matching with a press head at a top end of the piston rod. An opening portion is formed on the sidewall of the opening. The piston rod enters the opening portion of the sidewall of the opening. A motor connection plate is strongly fixed so that the press head is pressed at the motor connection plate by moving the piston rod downward. Accordingly, the wheel motor to be measured is fixed. |
