The present invention relates to an assembly for a structure and a structure using the same. The structure comprises a connection unit; a main frame connected vertically and horizontally to the connection unit; and a panel connected to the mutually faced surfaces of the main frame. The structure is assembled and installed in a prefabricated form to be used as a house, a warehouse, a green house, an advertisement booth, or the like and enables a user to easily install and disassemble the structure. The user can install the structure within short time since the panel is inserted into and combined with, by sliding, the connection unit and the main frame which form a frame of the structure. The structure prevents screws fixing the panel from being exposed to the outside since the panel is combined with the main frame while being connected through the screws to a guide unit which is combined with an insertion groove by sliding; and prevents a cable wired therein from being exposed to the outside by combining a finishing cap with a wire insertion groove formed on the main frame.
