The present invention relates to an injected case and a manufacturing method thereof. An injected case according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an injected case part which forms a 3D pattern on the back surface; a multi-coating layer which is coated on the front surface of the injected case part; and a color paint layer which is coated on the back surface of the injected case part. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the injected case part is 1 mm.
