<p>Process for obtaining yogurt, comprises: placing in an enclosure (1) at least one container (2) containing a preparation based on milk and ferments; and raising the temperature of the preparation above 40[deg] C by supplying heat for at least 4 hours, where the rate of rise of temperature the preparation of around 40[deg] C is 5-20[deg] C/hours, preferably 7-15[deg] C/hours. An independent claim is included for domestic electrical yogurt maker, having a enclosure housing at least one container to receive a preparation based on milk and ferments; heating means (4) associated with the enclosure; and controlling means (5) adapted to control the heating means, where: the heating means is capable of raising the temperature of the preparation laid in the container above 40[deg] C; the controlling means is for feeding of heating means extending over a period of at least 4 hours; and the heat supply of heating means controlled by the controlling means allows a rate of temperature rise of the preparation around 40[deg] C that is 5-20[deg] C/hour, preferably 7-15[deg] C/hour.</p> |
