PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency pump device which minimizes the deterioration of a fuel to be smoothly operated even if the pump device is not used for a long time. ! SOLUTION: An emergency pump device includes: an attachment/detachment part 32 which enables a replaceable gas cylinder G to be attached thereto or detached therefrom; a gas engine 33 which uses a gas supplied from the attachment/detachment part 32 as a fuel; an electric generator 34 which is driven by the gas engine 33 to generate electric power; an AC motor 41 which is driven by a current generated by the electric generator 34; a pump body 42 which is driven by the AC motor 41; a water supply tube 43 which is connected with the pump body 42; and a discharge pipe 45 which is connected with the pump body 42. !
