The closed encased and accessible mobile device has a transportable carrier frame (1) which is positioned on a base by a suitable unit. The carrier frame consists of a horizontal frame (2), whose longitudinal extension is greater than the transverse extension. The horizontal frame has two spaced apart holding supports (4) at one of the longitudinal sides. The holding supports stand perpendicular to the horizontal frame. The holding supports are connected with each other by a strut (5) at its upper end.
