PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient consideration for handling emergency by responsible person in a head office when an emergency arises.SOLUTION: An emergency handling support system comprises: a display device that displays a plurality of consideration items to be considered in terms of handling when an emergency arises; an input device that receives the input of the consideration result for the plurality of consideration items; a consideration item accumulation part that accumulates consideration frequencies, in which the consideration result of each consideration item is input, transition frequencies, in which the consideration result of this consideration item is input subsequent to the consideration results of other consideration items, and start frequencies, in which a consideration result is input first; and a handling consideration control part that determines a consideration item that is started to be considered based on the start frequency, determines priority order of subsequent consideration items based on the consideration frequencies and/or the transition frequencies, and displays the plurality of consideration items on the display device in a form corresponding to the priority order. Thus, it is possible to display consideration items that enables optimum consideration. |
