<p>This component (2) for an electric motor (M) comprises a support bearing (8, 9) for supporting a shaft (4) of the electric motor and an attachment flange (10) for attaching a stator (S) of the electric motor (M) relative to the support bearing (8, 9). The flange (10) comprises a first surface (S12) forming a housing for the support bearing (8, 9), a second surface (S180) suitable for supporting the stator (S), and an intermediate portion (140, 142, 144) securing the first surface (S12) to the second surface (S180). The first surface (S12) and the second surface (S180) are respectively formed in a first body (12) and a second body made from synthetic material. The first body (12) made from synthetic material is overmoulded onto the support bearing (8, 9), while the flange (10) comprises a metal part (14), onto which the first and second bodies (12) are overmoulded, and which comprises the intermediate portion (142, 144).</p> |
