PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of producing a boot for constant-velocity joints which can suppress deformation of a support member supporting a split die during separating the split die from a molding.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing a boot 9 for constant-velocity joints is provided with a molding mold 1 for injection-molding a molding W by using an inner mold 12 which consists of a plurality of split dies 15a to 15h arranged radially along the outer peripheral surface 14a of a vertically extending core shaft 14 and an outer mold 11. The production apparatus is also provided with rod-shaped support members 23a to 23h having tip end parts 232a to 232h which can support the split dies 15a to 15h by being inserted into concave parts 154a to 154h formed in extension parts 155a to 155h of the split dies 15a to 15h and level difference surfaces 234a to 234h which come in contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of the extension parts 155a to 155h, with the split dies 15a to 15h supported by the tip end parts 232a to 232h.
