The actuator (1) has a housing (2) whose interior is defined with a coil body that comprises a winding (18) for generating magnetic force with flow rate of electric current. A running pin (5) is extended by the magnetic force from the housing and adapted for immersion in a slide groove of a sliding cam. A damping element (12) is fixed with the housing such that the retraction of the running pin is attenuated in the housing interior, where the damping element has a restitution coefficient of 0.5 to 0.01. The damping element is formed as wire mesh, metal pad or solid body.
