The device has electromagnetic actuator units (16, 18) for exerting adjusting force on a plunger unit, which is elongated along traveling directions (30, 32). The plunger unit partially encloses a shell side, and a sliding movement of a tappet assembly is taken along direction of movement of a housing (10). Passage- and/or fixing mechanism (34, 40) are provided between the housing and the tappet assembly at a first end region (20) of an outlet opening such that a maximum stroke is determined and/or limited through which a second end region (22) of the outlet opening is moved.
