PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized supply of sterilizing water from a container in which sterilizing water is accommodated.SOLUTION: A first sterilizing water tank 30 has a bottom face 311 from which a protrusion 312 projects. A plurality of protrusions 312 are arranged separated from each other on a bottom face 311. Each of the protrusions 312 is provided with an end-face opposing part 312A which is opposed to the lower end-face of a sterilizing water carrier pipe 350 and arranged at a place detached from the bottom face 311. Each of the protrusions 312 is further provided with an outer peripheral surface opposing part 312B which is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the sterilizing water carrier pipe 350 and restricts the movement of the sterilizing water carrier pipe 350 toward the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the sterilizing water carrier pipe 350.
