The connection (20) has an exhaust outlet opening whose cylinder head is leading to the exhaust passage. An exhaust pipe is provided between the cylinder head port and the cylinder head. A seal is formed outside the exhaust gas outlet opening which is leading to the exhaust passage in an exhaust gas outlet opening around extending seal retainer. One end of seal is provided on the gasket receptacle and the other end of seal is provided on end face of cylinder head port and the cylinder head. An independent claim is included for internal combustion engine.
