The present invention relates to a fermenting method for seaweed and food manufacture by the same. In particular, the fermenting method for seaweed includes: (S1) a step of making seaweed powder into batter having viscosity by mixing and agitating the seaweed powder and water placed in a fermentation tank; and (S2) a step of making anaerobic strains continuously touch a portion of the batter, which is not exposed to air, and aerobic strains continuously touch a portion of the batter, which is exposed to the air by adding the anaerobic strains and aerobic strains to the batter being agitated. Therefore, aerobic and anaerobic fermentations uniformly occur through the whole batter of seaweed; thus the food manufactured by the fermenting method has a high nutrient content, enhanced solubility, enhanced digestibility, and an enhanced absorption rate. |
