PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position command lens operation device capable of suppressing overshoot or a flow phenomenon in the case of performing lens driving. ! SOLUTION: The lens operation device for performing lens driving of a lens device in response to a position command includes: detection means for detecting a deceleration state of a command operation of the lens operation device; identification means for identifying information on the lens device to be operated; arithmetic means for performing a specific arithmetic operation on a position command value on the basis of identification information of the identification means when the deceleration state is detected by the detection means; and output means for outputting a result of the arithmetic means as the position command of the lens. !
