The objective of the present invention is to provide a Bluetooth connection device and a server that are able to dynamically respond to problems in mutual connectivity. The Bluetooth (registered trademark; hereinafter simply referred to as Bluetooth) connection device is provided with: a connection rule database (6) that acquires and stores connection rules for each Bluetooth apparatus that is or is not a subject of connection; and a connection control unit (2) that extracts from among the connection rules the corresponding connection rule corresponding to a Bluetooth apparatus to which a connection attempt is being made, and controls the connection on the basis of the corresponding connection rule. The connection rules are generated on the basis of connection cases to each Bluetooth apparatus that is or is not a subject of connection collected from the internet.
