PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor in which the position of a magnet in a slit can be determined accurately while reducing the manufacturing cost by reducing the assembling man-hours of magnet, and which can enhance the motor performance, and to provide a brushless motor and a method of manufacturing a rotor.SOLUTION: A rotor comprises: a rotating shaft; and a columnar rotor core 41 being fixed to the rotating shaft. In the rotor core 41, a slit group having a plurality of slits 44a-44c extending in the circumferential direction and formed to penetrate the rotor core 41 in the axial direction are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each slit 44a-44c is provided with a pair of nonmagnetic resins 15 at both ends in the circumferential direction. A resin magnet 13a-13c is provided between a pair of nonmagnetic resins 15 of each slit 44a-44c. |
