PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film excellent in moist heat resistance, durability, hiding property and ultraviolet light resistance, a solar cell back sheet, and their manufacturing methods. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxial orientated polyester film satisfying following requirements (1) and (2). (1) The content of carbon black in a polyester composition constituting the film is 1.5 mass% to 3.0 mass% based on the whole polyester composition.
