The present invention relates to a gas burner commonly used in business establishments to significantly reduce production costs by simplifying the structure; and to enable users to conveniently adjust flame according to the size of cooking utensils. In other words, the present invention relates to a gas burner for facilitating flame adjustment to form a gas supply space at the axial top of a T-joint pipe which is available in the market through a step of screwing the body of a nozzle part, on which a gas guiding plate is laid, to the top of the body of the T-joint pipe; a step of screwing a finishing cap to the axial bottom of the T-joint pipe; a step of connecting a supply pipe connected to a gas supplier to the T-joint pipe in an axial perpendicular direction; and a step of installing a flame guiding pipe at a fixed distance from the outer side of the body of the nozzle part. |
