The present invention relates to a pilot-type solenoid valve with the structure of a coaxially spiral flow path, and, more specifically, to a pilot-type solenoid valve having a body part which has the structure of an axially spiral flow path thereof and is connected to a pipe, wherein the flow path has a pilot chamber therein and has an inlet. A first, a second, and a third connection flow path are connected to the inlet, the pilot chamber, and the flow path, and the flow path is opened and closed when the valve trim of the pilot chamber is moved forwards and backwards by controlling to connect the first, the second, and the third connection flow path, wherein the flow path is operated to be opened by moving the valve trim backwards by a pressure difference which is generated between the inlet and the pilot chamber by discharging a fluid from the pilot chamber to the flow path, and the flow path is operated to be closed by moving the valve trim forwards by a force imbalance due to the supply of the fluid from the inlet to the pilot chamber and due to the elastic force of a kick-off spring. Therefore, in comparison with an operation mode for opening and closing a valve by a diaphragm in the existing perpendicular structure of a flow path, the displacement of the valve trim is sufficient so that a pressure loss is low and a flow rate is high; the pressure limit range of the pilot chamber is wide so that the valve can be manufactured to be large; and the condition of the valve can be easily converted into a constantly closed condition or a constantly opened condition depending on the mounting direction of a solenoid-type operator connected to the first, the second, and the third connection flow path so that the design change and the form change of the valve can be easily managed and the valve can be flexibly managed in the entire process of production, distribution, and installation. |
