SOLUTION: A support part supports one of corners of a heat exchange element 40. A heat exchanger frame 46 includes holding portions 46C holding some of the four corners of the heat exchange element 40, a holding frame 46G connecting the adjacent holding portions 46C, and an attachment portion 46B for attaching a heat exchanger 11 to a main body.
