The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for allocating communication resources, a base station and a user equipment, which relate to the technical field of communications. The method includes: a first base station sending configuration information to a user equipment (UE), so that the UE sends data to the first base station using uplink resources according to the configuration information, and the configuration information being used for indicating that a specific uplink resource is reserved in the uplink resources; and the first base station sending communication information to a second base station over the specific uplink resource. The present invention is suitable for the transmission of communication information among a plurality of base stations.
