The present invention relates to a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device including the polarizing plate. More specifically, the polarizing plate includes a protection film which has a primer layer on a surface; and a polarizer which is attached by a photo-curable adhesive layer formed on the primer layer. Accordingly, the polarizing plate ensures excellent durability and adhesion between the polarizer and does not require a hydrophilic surface treatment process to attach the polarizer to the protection film.
