An advanced mobile terminal converges multiple wireless transmission technologies through utilizing a cost-effective and spectrum-efficient mobile cloud solution by introducing Virtual Mobile Server (VMS), Virtual Register and Call Switch (VR/CS) and OWA Community systems and methods based on the innovative open wireless architecture (OWA) technology platform, and the mobile terminal is able to seamlessly roam in the local community without relying on traditional cellular mobile networks for the integrated smart home, smart office and smart community platform of the smart community mobility solutions among home, neighbors and local communities.

a) Virtual Mobile Server (VMS) to be utilized as Mobile Cloud Server at home, b) OWA.Home Router to support OWA.Home networks covering entire home house or property, wherein said OWA.Home networks including WLAN (wireless local area network), WPAN (wireless personal access network), BWA (broadband wireless access) or cellular mobile network, either provided by said OWA.Home Router or provided by public operators of said BWA and said cellular mobile, c) OWA.Visitor Router to support OWA.Visitor networks covering nearby public areas outside said home house or property, wherein said OWA.Visitor networks including WLAN, WPAN, Micro-BWA or Micro-Cellular network, provided by said OWA.Visitor Router, and d) Visitor's Mobile Terminal (MT), as Mobile Cloud Client, to connect to said OWA.Visitor Router in said OWA.Visitor networks, and roam among multiple said OWA.Visitor networks by OWA.Visitor Network Protocol (OVNP), based on QoW (Quality of Wireless) connection.
