PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off water simply and reliably at the connection of a wire and a terminal, or at the wire terminal concentrated connection.SOLUTION: Whole circumference of a core wire 1a-1 exposed by stripping the insulation coating 1b of a wire 1 is covered with a dark curable ultraviolet curing resin 5, including the strip end 1c. Thereafter, it is irradiated with ultraviolet light 7 thus curing the entirety including the ultraviolet curing resin 5 located on the dark side.
