Disclosed is a construction equipment pressure control valve for preventing a natural lowering phenomenon of an operation device due to the leakage of working oil in a neutral position of the operation device. According to the present invention, provided is the construction equipment pressure control valve comprising: a holding valve block having a pilot signal pressure port and a drain path; a holding poppet having a back pressure chamber therein and blocking the leakage of working oil from the hydraulic actuator to a control valve side while in neutral; a first elastic member pressing the holding poppet so as to elastically support the blocking of a path between the hydraulic actuator and the control valve; a piston for sliding in the holding valve block if the pilot signal pressure is input through the pilot signal pressure port; a pilot poppet for draining the working oil of the back pressure chamber to the drain path side of the control valve if conversion occurs by a piston movement; a second elastic member pressing the pilot poppet so as to elastically support the blocking of a channel between the back pressure chamber of the holding poppet and the drain path of the control valve; and an auxiliary drain path for draining leaked working oil through the drain path of the holding valve block if the oil leaks from a check valve for opening or closing the channel between the back pressure chamber of the holding poppet and the drain path of the control valve.
