PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an interval between the holding parts of an optical element in an optical axis direction, while maintaining the holding strength of the optical element, in a collapsible lens barrel including a plurality of movable optical parts.SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a first group unit and a second group unit and a second group lens frame 21 is moved between a photographing position where the second group lens frame 21 is located on a photographic optical axis and a retreat position where the second group lens frame 21 is retreated in a direction orthogonal to the photographic optical axis. A first group lens frame 11 includes a caulking pawl part 11a holding a first group lens L1. The second group lens frame 21 includes a caulking pawl part 21d holding a second group lens L2. The caulking pawl parts are overlapped with each other, when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the direction of the photographic optical axis in a photographing position. When the second group lens frame 21 is moved between the photographing position and the retreat position, the caulking pawl part 21d passes through a notch provided in the caulking pawl part 11a. |
