PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress a fuse from being broken or damaged in, such as performing a work for connecting an electrode member to a terminal of a battery.SOLUTION: A collector (electrode member) 17 connected to a terminal of a battery includes: a substrate 32 comprising a conductive plate material; a connection 34 having a circumference defined by a first slit 40 formed in the conductive plate material, and connected to the terminal of a battery; a narrow width fuse 36 having a circumference defined by second slits 42a, 42b formed in the conductive plate material to be continued to the first slit 40, and having one end provided continuously to the substrate 32 while having the other end provided continuously to the connection 34; and an insulation film 38 attached over the substrate 32 and the connection 34 in a region including the fuse 36 and the second slits 42a, 42b defining the fuse 36. |
