Said plastic material (2) is selected in such a way that it has a high binding affinity with PVC and in which the hybrid yarn (3) is covered with PVC, preferably in the way of an extrusion method and based on the high binding affinity of the plastic material (2) is internally connected to the PVC covering (6).
