PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary frequency conversion power supply device that can continue the operation for the transient overcurrent on the load side, while suppressing increase in the device capacity.SOLUTION: A stationary frequency conversion power supply device is constituted of a power converter 3, a current detector 5, control means 10, 12 for controlling the power converter 3, overcurrent detection means 6A for comparing the detection current of the current detector with a first threshold, overcurrent detection means 7A for comparing the detection current of the current detector with a second threshold smaller than the first threshold, gate interruption means 13 for interrupting the output of the power converter 3 on the basis of the detection results from the overcurrent detection means 6A or 7A, and current limit control means 9A-9C for controlling the detection current not to exceed a predetermined limit current value. When the overcurrent detection means 7A determines overcurrent, the gate interruption means 13 interrupts the output current of the power converter 3, and the outputs of the current limit control means 9A-9C are set to predetermined preset values, and then power supply from the power converter 3 is resumed by releasing interruption of the gate interruption means 13 after a predetermined time. |
