The present invention is applicable to the field of communications, and provides a startup configuration method, base station and server. The method comprises: after the base station is powered up for the first time, the base station receives, through a service message transmitted by a transmission device, a virtual local area network identifier of a connection port between the transmission device and the base station and combined information; the base station receives multiple ping messages transmitted by a network management, and studies the virtual local area network identifier of the received service message and virtual local area network identifiers of all the received ping messages; the base station traverses all the studied virtual local area network identifiers, and transmits a DHCP request to a DHCP server corresponding to each virtual local area network identifier; the base station receives a DHCP response message returned by the DHCP server, wherein the response message comprises an OM IP address corresponding to the combined information; according to the OM IP address, the base station setups an OM IP address connection with a management channel of a wireless network management, and receives the complete configuration distributed by the network management through the management channel. The technical solution provided by the present invention has the advantage of low error rate. |
