The present invention relates to a form for manufacturing a concrete member having a curved side surface which is horizontally curved such as a curved beam member and a curved side surface forming assembly for forming the curved side surface of the concrete member. The form for manufacturing the concrete member having the curved side surface comprises: multiple side surface forming plates (10) which are continuously arranged in a longitudinal direction and forms the curved side surfaces of the concrete member; curved support bars (11) which are curved in a curvature of the curved side surfaces of the concrete member and are stuck to the side surface forming plates (10) to support the side surface forming plates (10); multiple vertical saddles (12) which are installed on the ground in a longitudinal direction to be separated from each other; horizontal saddles (13) installed between the vertical saddles; support plates (14) which are stuck to the curved support bars (11) or the back surfaces of the side surface forming plates to support the curved support bars or the back surfaces of the side surface forming plates; and moving members (15) which transfers force applied to the support plates to the horizontal saddles because one end of each moving member is coupled to the rear of each support plate and the other end is coupled to each horizontal saddle to be horizontally movable. |
