摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for light guide plates capable of improving productivity by producing multiple light guide plates by an extrusion process and a cutting process. The manufacturing method for a light guide plates comprises a step of molding an injection molded light plate from a mold device having a single cavity divided into a gate portion and a core portion; a step of moving the gate portion by primarily cutting the injection molded light plate in the longitudinal direction; and a step of manufacturing a light guide plate by secondarily cutting the core portion without the gate portion in the transversal direction. The present invention increases production quantities and improves productivity by injection molding multiple light guide plates through a single injection molding process. Additionally, the present invention increases the width of an injection molded material about the single cavity and manufactures multiple light guide plates through a cutting process for an injection molded material molded in the cavity, thereby controlling and maintaining process balance about the injection molded material and allowing manufactured multiple light guide plates to exhibit identical optical properties.
