According to the present invention, a vehicle flood complex tunnel comprises a tunnel lining for moving a part of flowing water flowed from a main stream of a river though a path of the lower end, and selectively using an upper path and a middle path as a road or a waterway; and a frame structure connected to the inside of the tunnel lining, forming a single structure to endure the pressure of the flowing water moving through the path of the lower end and the weight of a vehicle passing through the inside of the tunnel, utilized as a basic supporting member in construction, and whose a lower part is used for processing muck and an upper part is used for drying a tunnel inner structure. According to the present invention, the vehicle flood complex tunnel has the advantage of preventing overflow of a river and solving traffic at the same time by being used as a multi-layer tunnel for both a road and a waterway in the normal season, and by using the inside of the tunnel for a waterway in the rainy season; and increasing the structural hardness and reducing the construction period since a frame structure is formed by integrally placing concrete. |
