The present invention relates to an application method of bio powder, which is applicable to restoration from acidification in acidified soil by using bio powder manufactured in order to increase the recyclability of disposed various organic waste resources, as a soil conditioner. The application method of the present invention includes a process of mixing bio powder and acidified soil at room temperature, and a process of restoring from acidification of soil and accelerating growth of plants by mixing bio powder with acidified soil, and has a technological feature of accelerating growth of plants and the germination rate in acidified soil without using a fertilizer by adding bio powder at a ratio. The restoration method of acidified soil by biochar of the present invention is to select optimal conditions in biochar powder ratio, pH restoration of acidified soil, plant germination rate, and growth of plants.
