A top sheet for an absorbent article and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to separate a high adhesive material such as menstrual blood or loose feces from a wearer's skin rapidly by improving absorptiveness. A top sheet for an absorbent article includes: a first non-woven fabric(1) and a second non-woven fabric(2) mutually laminated; plural heat-fusion parts(4) formed by partial heat-fusion of the first and second non-woven fabrics; and plural convex parts(5) formed on a part except for the heat-fusion part of the first non-woven fabric to be protruded toward a wearer's skin. The convex parts and the heat-fusion parts are alternately arranged in plural lines. The surface of the second non-woven fabric is nearly flat, and the inside of the convex part comprises the first non-woven fabric or an aggregate of filament different from the first non-woven fabric. |
