PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper reinforcement and a bumper device for a vehicle, which can ensure the strength upon vehicle crash without causing an increase in weight and preventing a tensile surface from cracking upon vehicle crash. SOLUTION: The bumper reinforcement 16 made of an extruding material is configured by integrally forming an outer wall part 16a disposed on the vehicle front (outside of the vehicle in a horizontal direction) and made of an a class 7000 aluminum alloy and an inner wall part 16b disposed on the vehicle rear (inside of horizontal direction of the vehicle) and made of an a class 6000 aluminum alloy.
