<p>The device has a cooling circuit with a compressor for compressing cooling agent, and a condenser unit (2) with a condenser (2a) for cooling the cooling agent. The cooling circuit has an evaporator, which stands in heat exchange with a heat source, and the condenser unit has regulating flaps (5, 6), a blower (8) and a bypass guide (9) for selectively increasing temperature of the cooling agent in the area of the condenser.
