PURPOSE:To prevent ringing of an oscillating signal in case of miniaturization through circuit integration, by connecting a resistor to an emitter of a feedback transistor (TR) of a VCO. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of a TRQ15 forming a positive feedback circuit of a VCO12 is connected to the base of Q11, Q12, Q13 via a resistor R10. Further, the emitter of a Q16 is connected to the base of Q9, Q10, Q11 via a resistor R11. Thus, a damping is applied to a signal fed back from the emitter of Q15, Q16, allowing to avoid ringing to a triangle wave at a point (d) at both ends (c) of a capacitor C0. |
