Disclosed are a card payment authentication method using a locking function and a card company server used for the same. The present invention is realized by the following processes: the card company server stores card information of a user by mapping the card information with the unique number of user′s mobile terminal, which is provided by the user, and setting the card information with transaction authentication locking; receives a payment authentication request including the card information from an external payment server; transmits a self authentication request message to the mobile terminal on the basis of the unique number of the mobile terminal which is stored by being mapped with the card information included in the payment authentication request; and receives a self authentication message from the user of the mobile terminal. According to the present invention, the method is provided additionally according to the selection of the user and can prevent accidents about card payment even in case of leakage of card information or the like.
