The present invention relates to a coil cut reducing device. According to the present invention, a device for cutting a coil, in only a fixed amount when the end of the coil is cut by correcting the location of the produced coil while an existing coil cutting machine is installed after the coil production is completed in a coil production line such as a steel mill, comprises a coil arrival confirming sensor for confirming the stopped coil when the produced coil is transferred by a moving beam and then stopped; an arm for rotating a roller previously installed by transmitting to a control room, and to which a sensor for confirming the end of the coil is attached; a power transmit device to maneuver the arm vertically since the coil and the arm are mutually interfered when the coil moves; and a scaler for confirming the number of a protruding material attached to the roller when rotating while the roller for rotating a coil is rotating as much as data inputted in advance, and then stopped when the produced coil is flowed in a fixed direction. According to the present invention, the coil cut reducing device has the advantage of strengthening the economic efficiency of the product by preventing damage, which occurs when the coil is cut too long after the produced coil is transferred by a moving beam, from getting bigger in advance. |
