PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring thermal insulation performance, which can easily measure a current thermal insulation performance of a building. SOLUTION: The system for measuring the thermal insulation performance includes: an interior-state measuring means 1 installed inside a house 10 to measure a temperature; and an exterior-state measuring means 2 for measuring the temperature outside the house; a data storage means 5 for recording the measured data, which are measured by these measuring means, together with a time history; and a thermal-insulation-performance analysis means 6 for analyzing the thermal insulation performance of the house from the stored measured data.
