The dampening unit (07) has a roll train having at least three dampening unit rolls (21; 22; 23), specifically a first dampening unit roll (21; 22; 23) that interacts with the plate cylinder (02) via a nip point in the operating position, a second that interacts with the first via a nip point in the operating position, and a third that interacts with the second via a nip point in the operating position.
